St. Joseph Hospital's Gala raised over a Quarter of a Million Dollars to Benefit its new State-of-the-Art Critical Care Units!
On Saturday, March 5, 2011, St. Joseph Hospital's 1st Annual Gala, "Celebrating a Year of Change and Growth", was held at the Crest Hollow Country Club.
The Honorees for this year's Gala were recognized for their many years of support, dedication and service to St. Joseph Hospital (formerly known as "New Island Hospital"). Physician Honorees were Mauro D. Gasparini MD, Internist, Department of Medicine and Robert D. Sunshine, MD, Director of Surgery & Chief of Urology. Community Honoree was John I. Coster, President of Jzanus Consulting, Inc. It was a fun-filled evening, with well over 400 guests and physicians in attendance! All proceeds will be used for the new state-of-the-art Critical Care Units at St. Joseph Hospital!
