Caroline Finck is a Cadette with Plainedge Girl Scouts working towards her Silver Award. When Caroline was five her grandmother became very ill. For the next several years she spent a lot of time in waiting rooms and nursing homes with her younger brother and sister. In order to make the time pass more quickly, she started to pack a bag of art supplies to keep everyone busy. Sometimes she would set up a table and share with other children who were visiting their families. Caroline hopes the art kits, "Art from the Heart", she has put together for St. Josephs will help brighten the day of children in the same situation.

Caroline Finck is an 8th grade Honor Student at Plainedge Middle School. She has been a member of Girl Scout troop 3298 for eight years. Caroline plays soccer and basketball. She is a member of the 8th grade Honor Society, Student Council, Art Club and Drama Club.
