I have had the unfortunate experience of having been a patient in a number of hospitals recently. During my stays the various services I received in no way compared with the excellence that I experienced at your Hospital.

I have never been so impressed by the total commitment of every doctor, nurse, nurses aid and other employees, for my well being and comfort. Including your kitchen staff who supplied better than average menus and the food was quite good.

I cannot express enough my sincerest gratitude to all whom attended me while I was a patient at New Island.

Doctors such as; Drs. Nusbaum, Kim, Haywood and Weiner as well as nurses; Sylvia, Mary, Eileen, and Joan and the nurses aids who extended courtesies, comfort and service to my every need.

Your staff in the emergency department was equally considerate and very professional in dealing with the problem that caused me to seek help at your hospital.

I would like to say again, that my care in your hospital was delivered expertly. Efficiently, and most comfortable. My gratitude and thanks to all who I had the pleasure of meeting and my apologies for not remembering and including the names of those who also extended their excellent services.
