Compassion and Efficiency in Your Emergency Room

I would like to acknowledge the excellent care I received in the Emergency Room at your Hospital on July 12, 2008. I was admitted to the E.R. with chest pains and shortness of breath at 8 pm. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The nurse nurse was very nice as well as the doctor. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. They ran some tests, and had me in and out in a very timely and efficient manner.

I also appreciate them calling in the prescription they gave me to the drug store. It was ready as soon as I left the Emergency Room and went to pick it up. You are very lucky to have such kind and caring people on your staff.
