“I want you to know that your staff saved my life.  Upon my arrival in your ER, I was in extreme distress; in critical condition.  I don’t believe I was breathing due to a massive accumulation of fluid on my lungs - - something that came on quite suddenly while at home and was increasing rapidly.  I survived only because of your staff and their immediate and expert intervention.  You have quite a wonderful, highly capable staff in the ER and I am sure you have complete confidence in them as you should.  My experience only serves to reinforce the notion.”
